I like digging into how people actually work, where they get stuck, and what would make their experience better. My work spans research, UX, prototyping, visual design, and product strategy, and I enjoy being able to move between them rather than staying in one lane. I also have an MBA, which has given me a broader perspective on how good design can work for users while also making sense for the business.
